Domain Transfer from Joker.com to Get-Trolleyed

To transfer a domain accross from joker.com you need to "open" a so called "transfer-window". To accomplish this you need to go to the joker website at http://joker.com

First of all you need to request a password. You need to enter your registered email address in the appropriate field. You can get the address by entering your domain name in the whois field on the top left of the page (highlighted in red).

The result should look something like this. The highlighted lines contain the registered email addresses. One of these addresses should be yours.

Please enter that email address into the highlighted field and click "go".

You then will receive an email requesting you to go to a confirmation page. Once you have confirmed that you are issued the password and you can actually proceed to login to the joker.com website.

Enter your registered email address and the password you were issued into the highlighted fields and click "go".

If your password has been accepted click on "Servicezone".

In the Servicezone select "transfer" in the Domain-Transfer to different registrar section.

Enter the domain name you wish to transfer into the field and click "next". Tick the "Confirm Transfer" box and select next. You will see a confirmation screen confirming that the transfer has been started.

You then will receive an email requesting you to confirm this request. Please click reply in your mail program and !IMPORTANT! delete the following line from the message: "AGREE:NO ( I do NOT want to transfer the domain )".
If you fail to delete that line or you fail to reply within three working days to the message the transfer fail.

Once you have sent the mail back you will receive yet another confirmation. This will contain the actual timeframe for the transfer window. You will receive another confirmation once the transfer window has opened. As soon as you have received the second confirmation (that the transfer window is now open) immediately notify Get-Trolleyed via email at support@get-trolleyed.co.uk We then will immediately initiate the transfer.

If everything goes well the domain will be fully transferred to our systems within another two to four days.
